Mail-Shop Support, Updates, Reports, and Modifications

Mail-Shop customization has enabled companies to improve customer support and increase efficiency.

Mail-Shop is a feature rich application and Intent Driven Designs has been developing these enhancements to Mail-Shop for several years.

Mail-Shop modifications will be performed to the client's specifications on the client's time table. A careful record of the modifications made will be maintained so that future Mail-Shop maintenance releases will not force the client back into a full development cycle.

Mail-Shop modifications previously implemented by Intent Driven Designs:

• Developed a custom Work Order tag to supplement the existing work order - this tag is used to place with the material to alert floor personnel to the proper disposition of residuals.
• Modifications to the Estimate module and the printed Estimate form to provide necessary ancillary data and formatting.
• Modifications to the Invoice to accommodate client specific / custom handling of postage deposits and postage charges.
• Modifications to the Job Board, Production Schedule, and Daily Capacity Planning reports to provide specific / custom information and reporting.
• Modifications to the Order Entry module to ensure proper calculation / recalculation of sales taxes.
• Additions of extra / enhanced email notifications of inventory changes to designated in-house personnel.
• Modifications to the Work Orders as required to permit unique client business procedures and policies.
• Implementation of Order Entry lock-down mode so that exported orders cannot be modified after the order is exported to the accounting module.
